The Cary Alumni Chapter is proud to support Haiti Outreach Ministries. This grassroots non-profit organization provides education, medical care, vocational training, housing resources, and spiritual support to the residents of Haiti. Long before the devastating earthquake of January 2010, HOM was committed to improving the lives of the men, women, and children of this impoverished nation. A portion of the proceeds from the Holes for Haiti golf tournament will be donated to HOM to support their worthwhile efforts. Event Details
The tournament will take place at Hedingham Golf and Athletic Club in Raleigh, NC. Visit their website for more information about the course.  The tournament flyer can be dowloaded from this link.

Registration:             8:00 am

Shotgun Start:         9:00 am, Captain's choice

Registration fee
includes:                  Breakfast, lunch, beverages, green fees, cart, and range balls.
                              Mulligans will be available for purchase at the tournament.

                              Range balls are available from 8:00 - 8:45 am

Prizes:                     Trophies given for hole in one, closest to the pin, and longest drive.
                              The winning team will also receive a trophy.

Golf Tournament Online Registration Form

Early registration is $70 per person before August 7, 2010 ($75 if paying by Paypal). Team registration before August 7, 2010 is $280 ($300 if paying by Paypal). Registration fees increase by $15 per person after August 7th. Registration fees (check or money order) can be mailed to the below address through August 15th. All payment methods will be accepted on the day of the tournament. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours once your registration form has been received and accepted. NOTE: Teams will not be considered fully registered until payment has been received for all four players. Individuals will not be considered fully registered until payment has been received.
